I first came across the idea for these Pumpkin Cinnamon Fantail Rolls over on Barbara Bakes and they are such a fun variation to the spiraled rolls! A soft pumpkin-based yeast bread is rolled into a large sheet, covered with butter and a cinnamon/pumpkin spice sugar mixture, then cut into strips.
