In this video I share a Trinidad pineapple chow recipe. I tasted this for the first time on my trip to Trinidad this year - 2017 and this chow was amazing!?.

In a bowl cut Apples to desired thickness ensuring to remove the core. Add Chadon Beni, Garlic and Pepper to bowl. Add Lime juice to bowl. Add a dash of granulated Sugar. Add Salt and Black Pepper to taste. Mix well making sure to incorporate all ingredients. Let the chow sit in refrigerator overnight. (8-10hrs)


Trinidad's Pineapple Chow

Peel and cut into the core, then cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Discard any core pieces. Throw the pineapple pieces in a medium bowl. Chop everything else up (except the lime) as finely as possible. Add them to the bowl. Squeeze in your lime juice into bowl and mix well.
